Q.: I have lived a very sedentary lifestyle and have not played any games or done exercises. I now feel the need to take up an exercise regimen like karate, to boost my energy levels in office. Will there be any problem if I take up Seido Karate now? I am 30 years old.
A.: Seido Karate is a Zen art and includes a number of holistic techniques such as stretching, breathing, meditation, yogic postures, etc. Any new student is gradually inducted into the art in keeping with his potential, under the supervision of highly trained and experienced instructors. Internationally, people as old as 65 years have been known to take up the practice of our art. We have a number of students from the corporate world and are confident that you will benefit too if you practice diligently.
